About us

We are a newly established Children’s Trust that delivers children’s social care and targeted early help services across Northamptonshire.

Moving to a Trust means that the organisation can focus solely on children, young people and families and gives us the opportunity to develop our strengths based practice.

We have a strong permanent leadership team, giving stability, direction and energy to the organisation and driving it to be outstanding. A culture of support, respect, challenge and reflection is shown by both leaders and staff.

Northamptonshire may not have always had the best reputation but, we are improving. We are building a service based on empowerment, respect, kindness and compassion side by side with the best and brightest social workers.

Our social work academy offers staff a vast array of training and development alongside group and individual supervision and reflection as well as opportunities for professional and personal development. With a clear career progression path and the option of flexible working, Northamptonshire Children's Trust is a great place for social workers, practitioners and managers to thrive.

We would love you to start or continue your career with us here in Northamptonshire. We can improve our services, and we want you on that journey with us.
