We are offering external candidates joining us as a social worker, senior social worker and advanced practitioner in our Duty and Assessment team, Support and Safeguarding team, Disabled Children's team, Court team and Peripatetic team a £6,000 welcome bonus. Social workers, senior social workers and advanced practitioners joining us in all other teams will receive a £4,000 welcome bonus.

We are revolutionising the way we work within our Children Services and have launched the Northamptonshire Social Work Academy so that we can guide and steer NQSWs through that crucial first year of practice. What to expect from the Academy
